Oil & Gas customer needed to divest downstream business units in Africa.  This project carved out the organizational units, master data, transactional and customization data to run a divested refinery in a new ECC system. This data was extracted from a live ECC 6.0 system with very limited downtime and no major issues.

Software customer required assistance in the divestiture of a mobile phone business unit. We were able to provide a highly customized solution retaining required master data, but completely removing transactional data in ECC, SRM, CRM, GTS and BW in an extremely short timeline across a full promote to production landscape

As part of a fiscal year change High Tech Hardware vendor required custom SLO programs capable of updating an extremely high volume of sales documents to recalculate revenue recognition in a small downtime window. We were able to provide a solution that ran over a 100 jobs in parallel without issue and completed the task well within the required window.

Spin-off for Specialty Chemical company line of business required a highly complex SLO solution to separate co-mingled data below the company code level. We designed and delivered a solution that incorporated plant reallocation, company code delete, custom masking and custom programs to provide a fully operational system with all unrelated data removed or unreadable.

Consumer Products client needed to remove historical data due to a contractual agreement from a prior divestiture. We first provided a POC of the unique approach removing complete documents and associated process flows with little issue and have reengaged to complete the remainder of the project.

Software customer needed a mix of customized traditional approaches and a logistics SLO plant reallocation including revenue recognition data, client was able to spin off the entity within the required timeline and with no reported issues.

Flooring business required support in the divestiture process. In a two-phase approach, we were able to first reallocate the necessary plants and subsequently delete the unrelated data without major issue in either phase.

Electronic switching and controls company needed a fiscal year change and adjustment of revenue recognition type D.    Custom approach created to allow each sales order and line item to recalculate revenue to align with the new fiscal year.  

Oil and Gas company transferred data related to multiple South American countries in a two-phase approach, uptime and downtime, from a 4.0B system significantly reducing the required final downtime window.   Go-live was issue free.
